Anonymous asked: I'm 17, 5ft3 but I have large boobs. I didn't even lose a cup size when I went from 195lbs to 140-145, but because of my boobs, I feel I weigh more and look thinner than someone with average boobs, I want to lose a little more, but I don't want to look ridiculous. On your judgement, what would you say is a good weight?
Considering your boobs, I think you are good where you are because you don’t want to look all disproportional.
Anonymous asked: I'm about 5'8 or 5'9 and weigh 142 I've been going the gym a lot for the last few months and trying to eat better but haven't dropped a single pound! I want to lose about a stone. How can I speed this up?
I don’t know what exactly a stone is but you must not give up or get discouraged! Everyone is different and for some, it is harder to lose weight than for others. You really just need to buckle down and focus on what you’re doing and eating ALL THE TIME. Write it down, keep track, so you know. Keep a calorie intake chart so you can see just what you are taking in each and everyday and then calculate how many calories you need to burn off using activities. Burn more than you take in and you should lose! There are plenty of websites and apps out there that can help you to keep track of these things like http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist.htm

Anonymous asked: i am 13years old, 5"4 and weigh 146lbs, i am a bit chubby and i need to lose some weight- how much should i lose and over what period of time could that take me to lose?
When I was 13, I was chunky, but it’s probably just baby fat that will come off on it’s own over time. Mine did. Your body is changing, hormones are going crazy and your body is just adjusting. Just do your best to eat right and be active and that will speed up the process on the unwanted wait but otherwise, I don’t think you need to do much. I just don’t want you to freak out, thinking your fat, when you’re not.
Anonymous asked: hi! i saw you post a picture type of thing that said it's possible to lose 2 pounds a week, i know everyone is different, i'm about 5 ft/5ft1inch and i weigh around 120 pounds (i'm also pretty muscular i guess) about how many calories would you say i should eat a day with a moderate amount of exercise if i want to lose weight?
Well, actually, you are already at a really good weight. Just eat right (about 2000 good calories a day) and exercise about 3 or 4 days a week to maintain or lose a little weight. Staying active is important, even if it’s just going for a walk after dinner, so be sure to do things like that. Anything helps.
