Well that’s a little on the heavier side but still considered healthy so you’re okay but I understand your frustrations. 135 would be a good goal in my opinion. Belly fat is a very stubborn area to lose and can be difficult but first off, you’re going to need to change your diet. Eat healthier of course. Lots of fruits and veggies! :) Next off, it’s been proven that water helps in the loss of belly fat too. Aerobic activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming for 30 minutes a day, three to four times a week is essential to lose belly fat. Effects of aerobics can be seen not only on belly but on the whole body. Other effective exercises to lose that belly include cardiovascular and weight training exercises. They build your muscles and burn a lot more calories than aerobics. This will also increase your metabolism rate. Always keep your stomach tight while doing exercises. It is also a good idea to join some sort of gym.
There are many types of exercises that target the stomach area. Even push-ups use your stomach muscles. Kicks and cart wheels are also effective and fun to do! :) Good luck.

I just want you to know that no matter what, you CAN do it. You ARE capable of achieving your goals. No one said it would be easy. Pain is beauty.
Aw that super sucks! I feel your pain though about running outside. I hate it. If you have one, cycling is good. My favorite is swimming but where I am, it’s cold now, so that’s a bit hard but gyms have indoor pools so if you have a gym with a pool go for it. But, other than that, start saving for a new treadmill! Those things are bomb. Or any elliptical machine.
