Anonymous asked: I'm sure it's because of stress from college, approaching graduation, and the hectic-ness of getting a good resume together to get a job, but I'm 5'3 and 140lbs. I'm also 22, if that makes any difference. What would be a good weight for me?

You aren’t at a bad weight but if you want to lose maybe 5-10lbs, that would be acceptable. I’m 5’4 and my goal weight after this baby is 130 and I’m 5’4.

Good job! Well the median weight for someone of your heights is about 140ish.

Anonymous asked: Hello. I am 22 years old & I weigh 140 pounds. My ultimate goal is be 130 p, but 140 has always been my average weight (I've gained & lost over the years, both in unhealthy manners). I am hoping to be able to lose 10 pounds in a month or two. What is the best/healthiest way to go about doing that?

You’re going to need a change in diet, exercise and attitude. You’ve got to be strong and believe you can do it! Have the will power to be the change you want to see. Make a schedule and routine to workout and how you eat. Record your food and calorie intake and design a workout that you can follow each day. Those are the basics. GOOD LUCK!!

Anonymous asked: I'm 5,1 tall and 146lbs, I want to lose 25lbs. I've started eating all healthy (truth is, I've always ate healthy) and exercising twice a week. I didn't lose any wegiht since I started (7 months ago) and I don't know what to do, do you have any tips?

Well, twice a week isn’t too much. Of course it’s better than nothing but to see results, you are going to need to kick it up a bit. Work out more often if possible, and longer too, again, if that is possible. Also, limit caloric intake. Just because you eat only salads doesn’t mean you’re eating healthy. If you eat 6 salads a day, that’s still over eating and taking in too many calories. I don’t know if this is the case for you.. Just saying.

fucky0udepressi0n asked: I am 15 (going on 16) and i am about 200-190 lbs By xmas i would like 140 or 150 any advice? work out tips

Well, This all depends on what exactly you want to work on. The key to losing weight is diet, exercise and the right state of mind. You have to believe you can and have the will to do it. I really like that your goals are healthy and quite possible, and I hope you feel the same. So, tell me more about what you are looking to do. If you just want to workout, then my biggest suggestion is gym. I know that if you sign up with a gym here then you get a personal trainer along with signup but I don’t know if that’s true where you are. But personal trainers are great because they help you do everything you need and DO IT RIGHT! Because I can tell you so many things to do, but if you aren’t doing them properly then it won’t be effective.

Anonymous asked: I need to work on my abs and thighs. I'm 5' 6" and about 145. I know I'm big framed. Runs in the family. But I can't do typical crunches or sit ups or pretty much anything that strains the neck or shoulder muscles. Side effects from a wreck. Help please!

My favorite thing to recommend is swimming!! It’s great exercise and so much fun (to me anyways). Running is also great for both legs and abs without strain on the neck. Maybe go for a nice run. Take and drink plenty of water. and then if you can, go for a nice swim. :) The water will feel great.

iamsoaverage asked: Hi, thanks for replying! but honestly, i forgot what my question was.. so sorry! anyway, here's a new ques. I wana lose 25pounds in a month, some help here please? other than counting calories, how can i achieve this goal? :)

Wow. That’s a high goal for one month. You’d have to go on a seriously strict diet and a BRUTAL workout like on the tv show I Used To Be Fat. It would require working out at least 4 hours a day.
