Hi guys! So here is my progress with my 5 week personal challenge. Not a huge difference in appearance, but I can feel myself being more energized the weeks that I workout 5-6 days, compared to only working out 2-3 days before the challenge. Definitely more toned! I think the biggest difference is in my arms. “Slow but steady…”
