A lot of times we miss a day or two of working out, or we eat crappy a couple days and ruin our consistent diet. Some people quit. They say, “Oh well, I already ruined it, why bother continuing?” or they never really had the determination to keep up with it to begin with.
Don’t let that be you - it’s never too late to start another day off right.
