Hello one and all! I orignally created this blog to help me keep on track and lose weight but then I got pregnant and kinda abandoned this blog for a while, but now I am back and ready to go at this again and lose this baby weight! In turn, I hope I can help you out too. I want to point this out right away, I am not FOR any type of eating disorder. I realize it is a part of society and many people suffer from it, but I WILL NOT EMBRACE IT. I am here to give tips on losing weight the right way, the safe way.
This is one of the best breathing techniques I’ve ever used, it works with any type of cardio, continue singing the alphabet until your breathing is back under control! :)
