I’ve lost a total of 8lbs since I started really trying to lose weight at the end of January
And I’ve been pretty good but today I was so so bad. I had soda and 2 cookies and tacos! Bad greasy tacos. :( I didn’t drink my shake for breakfast like I should’ve either. And I didn’t work out. I’m sick and I had no energy. Today was no good. I feel l like I’m going to wake up tomorrow and weight 5lbs heavier.. let’s hope not. Lol
