Okay so let me to the conversions. You are 160lbs and want to weigh 132 and you are 5’ 6”. I think this is a good goal. For this goal, If you lose about two pounds a weeks which is the healthy recommended amount, then you should be where you want by June.
To do this, you need a healthy diet - small frequent meals instead of 3 larger ones. Exercise 3-4 times a week for at least an hour if you can. It’s okay to start out slow so you don’t overwhelm yourself. Cardio is the best to burn fat so do lots of that but mix it up too so your body can get full results. Each day, focus on a different area of your body like upper, lower, core, and full body. I love dancing for full body. It fun. :) hope this helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

I’m on the same diet as my mom and she is seeing more results that I am. I know that we are not the same person and that everyone loses weight differently, but I want faster results and I’m far from the goal I have set. Too far! So I am going to make a few more changes.
I have a weakness for chocolate chip cookies. No more of those!!! I ate chocolate cake last night and now I feel guilty. I didn’t need that cake. And I really didn’t need that MUCH, especially that late at night. :( But it’s just a minor setback, it’s not going to kill me and now I am going to work that much harder!
MORE WATER!!!! I need more water in my life. A gallon seems like a lot to me so I am going to start working my way up to that, liter by liter. I also need more fruit in my life. I don’t think I am eating enough.
And I am going to work out more, and harder! Obviously what I am doing now isn’t helping. I shall work out every other day and do yoga every single day! :) I love yoga.
Do you guys have any other tips to help me lose weight faster? My goal was 140 by my birthday (3/24) but I’m at 156! I gained like 2lbs back :( That’s only 3lbs down from my SW which was at the end of January!
I bought this dress that I really want to fit into better by my birthday so if I can get to 149.
