I don’t know what exactly a stone is but you must not give up or get discouraged! Everyone is different and for some, it is harder to lose weight than for others. You really just need to buckle down and focus on what you’re doing and eating ALL THE TIME. Write it down, keep track, so you know. Keep a calorie intake chart so you can see just what you are taking in each and everyday and then calculate how many calories you need to burn off using activities.
