It does! And I think your goal is very realistic and a healthy number for your height. My motivation, because I too desire to lose some weight, is this tumblr! Seeing all the pretty fit ladies and the fresh fruit really helps me out. Also, whenever you feel like eating something you know is no good, you should look at yourself naked in the mirror. I do it. I look at the areas I don’t like and think “I don’t want to make them worse.” Good luck.
