But rememeber that after givin birth the most importatnt person is your baby not your weight and i'm sure that people aroud will not take care about your weight:) But about losing weight remember that you have to give yourself some day of to rest after the birth! And you can't just start with really hard workout, but with time it's really possible to lose weight. And if you will brest feeding you will burn more calorie xx

Thanks. :) I had my baby two weeks ago and I’ve been taking it easy. No exercise yet, just breast feeding. But I’m ready to start because I don’t want the little pouch from the baby to make it’s self at home on my belly. I am just going to start lightly though because I don’t want to over-do anything. Just maybe walking and after I get the okay (because I don’t know how long you have to wait after having a baby) Swimming! I love swimming.
