For your height, you are at a good weight right now. Honestly, You probably think you’ve got chub, but you probably don’t. I thought I was “fat” before I had my baby and now I look back and I am just like “What was I thinking!?” But nonetheless, to workout your stomach, you can do numerous things. A lot of workouts really target your middle. Even running helps. Try cardio and swimming too. Also, I love pilates. They really help with that section of your body and everything else too! They are great because when you are doing them, you don’t feel like your going to die, but it’s really working and you feel it the next day and the day after that. You know it’s working.
