Boobs are mostly fat, so if you are trying to lose weight be prepared to lose them, or maybe not.. most of women who lose weight also have a reduction of their boobs, but not all of them, everyone is different. You wouldn't know which one is your case until you lose weight. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
Thank you. I am going to do my best to work out the areas I don’t like and hopefully that will help me to not lose me boobs, but I’ll be okay with losing a little boobage because none of my bras fit anymore since the baby. :/
